Beech Holiday Cottage – Sleeps 4-6 + cot
Located opposite Fir, Beech is also spacious, light and welcoming providing a cozy and inviting living space. A large living area and open plan kitchen have been completed with all mod-cons and easy to use appliances. Beech has two double bedrooms and additional sleeping if required on the sofa-bed. A twin room, family bathroom and separate w/c are on the ground floor with the master bedroom furnished with king sized bed and en suite are on the first floor. Double aspect velux windows allow sun and stars to be enjoyed at all times.
The living area includes children’s snook with table, chairs, toys, books and games. The utility cupboard is equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer and opens onto a patio garden with astro turf area, finished with outdoor furniture and a BBQ in the summer season. The garden overlooks the communal lawn and woodland boundary.

Well furnished with the usual kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery as well as thoughtful touches for families with young children. The Dining area includes a contemporary style wooden table and 4 chairs. There are an additional 2 chairs in case of guests or a larger party. High chairs or booster seats are available on request.
